The Lenny Zakim Fund is proud to partner with 44 organizations this year!
Priority was given to previous LZF grant recipients or if the programs:
serve school-age children, adolescents, and young adults in the area of violence prevention
provide services such as ESOL, GED prep, vocational training and counseling to underserved populations, especially youth, immigrants, and refugees
create and provide low income housing, and/or provide housing, food, healthcare and other supports for homeless families and individuals, especially the elderly, immigrants and refugees, and high risk school-age children, adolescents and young adults
organize underserved communities and populations to advocate for their own needs and to create change
are seeking support to strengthen or establish coalitions, collaborations, strategic alliances or mergers on behalf of one or more agencies
