No donation is necessary to enter or claim a prize. A donation will not increase your chances of winning. You may enter either by donating on this website or enter by mail without donating.
TIMING
The Promotion is open from November 16, 2018 12:00am EST to November 27, 2018 at 11:59pm EST. Winners will be notified by Wednesday November 28, 2018. The event will take place on Friday November 30, 2017 from 7pm EST.
ELIGIBILITY
This Promotion is only open to legal U.S. residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. By participating in the Promotion, each participant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of The Lenny Zakim Fund and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in the Promotion. Employees, officers & directors of The Lenny Zakim Fund and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) are not eligible to enter.
THE PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW and is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter the Promotion by making a donation to The Lenny Zakim Fund during the Promotion Entry Period and follow the on-screen prompts. To enter without donating, please send a letter or postcard addressed to: Semele Turro ℅ The Lenny Zakim Fund, 33 Arch Street, floor 26, Boston, MA 02110. Each postal entry must be stamped and mailed separately. Your envelope must be postmarked by November 27, 2018.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE
The Promotion winner will receive a certificate which entitles the bearer to two (2) loge level tickets to the Friday, November 30, 2018 Boston Celtics vs. Cleveland Cavaliers game at TD Garden, 100 Legends Way (Boston). Winner must show certificate for day of verification. Transportation to and from the event is not included.
SELECTION OF WINNER
Winners of the Promotion will be selected through a random computerized drawing. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number they provided on November 28, 2018 no later then 12pm EST and will be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within three (1) day of prize notification. If winners cannot be contacted, if any prize is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with these Promotion rules and requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
CONDITIONS
Participation in Promotion and acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission to use their name, address (city and state), likenesses, biographical information and any statements made by winner regarding the Promotion or The Lenny Zakim Fund and its affiliate properties for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants, winners and their guests agree to release and hold harmless The Lenny Zakim Fund, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Promotion related activity and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. The Lenny Zakim Fund is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, Acts of War, natural disasters, weather or terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this promotion in any way shall be disqualified. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions.
